How it works…

• After booking your time slot we will reach out to check the accurate location and time

• All materials and supplies will be prepared for your group ahead of time

• We set up parties for 8 participants, but we believe in being flexible, so give us a call or send an email so we can understand your needs and work with you.

• Because of the nature of this art form we are equipped to work with ages 13 years and up

• We are not equipped with specialization for persons with dexterity and mental processing difficulties, so we ask that you provide a “buddy” to ensure all participants can create their works of art.

On the day of your event…

• We arrive and set up for 30 minutes before guests join

• Participants receive guided instruction on how to make the project during the building stage

• There will be a short break to stretch, grab a snack or drink

• Participants will return to the project to decorate their work

• We will take 30 minutes to clean up and pack up the workshop

The After Party…

• All artwork will be taken back to the studio to be fired and glazed

• Once all the work is cooled down and ready it will be returned to the person hosting the event to give back to the participants

• We will only be contacting the host 

• It typically takes 2 weeks to fire all of the work and return it to the host
